1. Definitions

• “Air Click,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to Air Click Travel & Tours, the operator of this platform.
• “User,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.
• “Agent” refers to a registered travel agent who uses our B2B platform to book services on behalf of clients.
• “Services” includes flight ticketing, Umrah packages, group travel, hotel bookings, and related travel services offered through our platform.
• “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for travel services made through our platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a booking, or simply browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Account Registration

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@airclick.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Agent Accounts

Agent accounts are subject to additional verification and approval. Air Click reserves the right to reject or revoke agent account applications at its sole discretion.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation reference from Air Click. All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our platform are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payments must be made via bank transfer as instructed. Proof of payment (bank receipt) must be uploaded through your account for verification. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment is verified and approved by our team.

Promo Codes

Promo codes, when available, are subject to specific terms, expiry dates, and product restrictions. Air Click reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time.

Agent Margins

Registered agents may earn margins on bookings as per their agreed commission structure. Margins are calculated on the base fare and are subject to the terms of the agent agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting our support team. All cancellations are subject to the supplier's cancellation policy, which may include fees or penalties.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier's refund policy. Air Click does not guarantee refunds for bookings cancelled due to customer-initiated changes or force majeure events. Processing time for refunds may vary.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a booked service (no-show) may result in forfeiture of the full booking value with no right to refund or rebooking.

6. Umrah Packages

Package Inclusions

Umrah package details, including inclusions, exclusions, hotel categories, and transport, are clearly stated on the package listing page. Please review all details before booking.

Visa and Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and visas. Air Click may assist with visa processing where indicated, but does not guarantee visa approval.

Religious Observance

Air Click acts as a facilitator for Umrah travel arrangements and is not responsible for religious rites, rituals, or the acceptability of the pilgrimage.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, including introducing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of Air Click or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Click and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services.
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any actions taken by government authorities, including travel restrictions or visa denials.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Click, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the platform or services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any content or information you submit through the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform, other users, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration or legal remedies as permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Air Click. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

14. Force Majeure

Air Click shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or infrastructure failures.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Statement and any specific booking terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Air Click regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
